We provide: complete janitorial services, all methods of carpet care and upholstery cleaning including “host” (dry extraction cleaning), tile and grout maintenance and restoration, metal maintenance, door maintenance, wood floor maintenance and restoration, glass/window cleaning, light maintenance, fire and flood clean up, construction cleanup, air vent cleaning, industrial cleanup, blind cleaning, green cleaning and emergency services all year round, 24 hours a day if necessary without ever losing sight of how to save on cost.
With 40 years of experience in the cleaning industry, our President runs business the old fashion way, with as little overhead as possible allowing our prices to competitively compete with any large company. We believe that there is no substitution for aligning training, quality and supervision at each of our client sites. At AQS everyone from the owner on down is directly involved with serving ever single one of our customers from organization of each job site to cleaning and inspections.
